2008 Clan MacKenzie Annual General Meeting
September 13-14, 2008
Kelso Highlander Festival
Kelso, WA

We are all looking forward to the AGM continuing it’s rotation to the western states as we gather together at the Kelso Highlander Festival on Saturday, September 13th and on Sunday, September 14th for a Kirkin O’ the Tartan worship service.

The City of Kelso is located about 50 miles north of Portland, OR. The Festival is held at the beautiful Tam O’ Shanter Park and is within walking distance of the host hotel, the Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center.

The Red Lion Hotel has a special Highland Festival Rate of $79.00 for the standard room. You can contact them at 360-636-4400.

There are several other choices for lodging nearby as well:

The Comfort Inn 360-425-4600
Kelso Budget Inn 360-636-4610
Motel 6 360-425-3229
Super 8 Motel 360-423-8880

The festival website has not yet been updated for 2008, but you can check www.highlanderfest.org for updates in the future.

We will have our meeting sometime early Saturday afternoon and plans are in the making for other venues and opportunities to fellowship together for Friday evening and Saturday evening. Keep checking www.clanmackenzie.com for updates.
